OUR STORY

358 Sports Management was founded in 2023, but the idea took shape long before that on a tennis court in Finland. Years ago, Juandell coached Axel as a junior player. Over the next 15 years, their paths diverged. Juandell built his career coaching on the WTA and ATP tours, managing athletes across the globe, while Axel focused on growing businesses in Finland.

After returning to Finland in 2023, their conversations kept circling the same frustration: too many talented athletes were being overlooked—not because of their ability, but because they didn’t have the right support or representation.

That summer they decided to do something about it. By combining Juandell’s experience in professional sports with Axel’s business background, they set out to build a company that would do things differently. The goal was simple: to create a sports management agency that puts athletes first. Backing it up with professionalism, reliability, quality services, and genuine care.

358 Sports Management Values

"Our promise is simple: dedicated support, personal attention, and a commitment to helping every client reach their full potential."

- Juandell & Axel, Founders

From the start, 358 Sports Management has been about more than just contracts and negotiations. We’re here to be true partners. We are invested in each athlete’s journey, from the early days to the peak of their career and beyond. We believe in building relationships, not just rosters.

Though our roots are in tennis, we’ve quickly grown to work with athletes from a range of sports—including padel, golf, and others—as well as talents making their mark in the world of social media. Looking ahead, we plan to expand even further, representing athletes across both individual and team sports.

Today, we’re proud to work with athletes and brands from around the world. Our promise is simple: dedicated support, personal attention, and a commitment to helping every client reach their full potential. We’re not here to be the biggest agency, just the one that makes the biggest difference.
Join us on this journey.

Let’s change the game, together.
